A bespoke build is for the operations where the record itself is unusual — multi-party custody chains, regulator-specific evidence, terminology no product ships with. Tamper-evident by default
Every scan, photo and status change is appended, attributed and hash-chained to the entry before it. Nothing is editable after the fact, so the history you present is the history that happened.
