In order to use our comprehensive, cloud-based inventory platform, you simply buy and apply our QR coded stickers which come with prepaid access. From the moment you first scan the asset tags with your smart phone you can manage your inventory data without any further setup easing your administrative load and speeding up rollout.
Stickers can be purchased with a range of prepaid access from 1 to 8 years and don't worry if your sticker's prepaid access expires, in the event that you choose to sweat your assets beyond your initial expectations, simply recharge your chosen stickers with a simple, single payment.

Asset Tracking
Tamper Proof Stickers
Our metalised, tamper proof stickers can be configured by you to make asset tracking a breeze. Stickers are supplied with your company name clearly printed alongside a QR code.
You can choose whether asset data is displayed on scanning with our without a login, or in fact you can split the displayed data allowing a casual scan to tell a user the base details about the item whereas an authenticated user could see compliance certificates and purchase data for example.
Inspections & Compliance
Scheduled Inspections & Certificate Store
Using our QR stickers, you can give your teams immediate access to compliance certification and scheduled inspections.
By scanning your sticker once its in place, users will be able to view uploaded inspection certificates and see when further inspections are scheduled. Administrative users can upload certificates from their phone.
Ticketing System
Comprehensive Support
When a sticker is scanned, a user has the option to open a support ticket. This can be routed internally or externally depending up the setup and can be set for management approval or immediate support.
Administrators can access a complete dashboard detailling active or archived tickets across the organisation.
PPE & Training
By defining the required PPE and training for each item of equipment, as users 'checkout' their tools, organisations can maintain a complete record of adherence to H&S rules.
Users will be alerted in the event that an engineer checks out a tool where the required training for that user is not present or has expired.
Pricing
Pricing is calculated based upon the cost per 48 sticker sheet of pre printed labels. Stickers are valid for the duration selected from the date of first registration. Stickers can also be 'topped up' at any time should they expire before the labelled equipment has been taken out of service.
